	Paleoclimatology is the study of "Ancient Climates"—the quest to reconstruct the Earth's weather history from millions of years ago. Since we didn't have thermometers in the age of the Dinosaurs, scientists must act as "Climate Detectives," looking for "Proxies" (clues) hidden in "Ice Cores," "Tree Rings," "Coral Reefs," and "Mud at the bottom of the ocean."
